How to Get a CommBank Statement (PDF & CSV)
Quick answer
Log in to NetBank at commbank.com.au or the CommBank app → select the account → Statements → pick the month → Download PDF. For CSV use "Export transactions". 7 years online, not password-protected.

- 1Go to commbank.com.au and click Log On
- 2Enter your client number and password
- 3Click the account — Smart Access, Everyday Account Smart, Goalsaver, credit card, home loan
- 4Click "Statements"
- 5Pick the statement period (up to 7 years)
- 6Click Download PDF
