How to Get a Truist Bank Statement (PDF Download)
Log in to truist.com or the Truist Mobile app → select the account → click Statements & Documents → pick the month → Download PDF. Truist keeps 18 months online by default — older available by request on 1-844-487-8478.
Method 1: truist.com (desktop)
- 1Go to truist.com and click Sign In
- 2Enter your User ID and password
- 3Click the account — Truist One Checking, savings, credit card, or loan
- 4Click "Statements & Documents"
- 5Pick the statement period (up to 18 months by default)
- 6Click Download PDF
Method 2: Truist Mobile app
- 1Open the Truist Mobile app
- 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or User ID
- 3Tap the account you need
- 4Tap "Statements" from the account menu
- 5Pick a statement month
- 6Tap download — save or share the PDF
Legacy BB&T and SunTrust accounts
BB&T and SunTrust merged to form Truist on 6 December 2019. The customer migration from the legacy BB&T and SunTrust online banking platforms to Truist's unified system ran through 2022. All historical statements from the legacy platforms are now accessible through truist.com. If you have an old BB&T or SunTrust login that no longer works, call Truist at 1-844-487-8478 to set up your new Truist ID.
