Chase (JPMorgan Chase) issues a monthly PDF statement for every personal and business account. Here are the fastest routes to download one for checking, savings, credit card, or loan accounts.
Method 1: chase.com (desktop)
- 1Go to chase.com and click Sign In
- 2Enter your Chase User ID and password (or approve biometric sign-in)
- 3Click the account you need — checking, savings, credit card, or auto loan
- 4Click "See statements" in the account menu
- 5Pick the statement period (newest first)
- 6Click Download PDF — the file saves to your downloads folder
Method 2: Chase Mobile app
- 1Open the Chase Mobile app on iPhone or Android
- 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or your Chase User ID
- 3Tap the account you need
- 4Tap "Statements" from the account menu
- 5Pick a statement month
- 6Tap the download icon — share via AirDrop, email, or save to Files
Closed Chase account?
- Closed accounts remain visible in chase.com for up to 7 years — sign in and look for "Closed accounts"
- If you can't log in, call Chase at 1-800-935-9935 and ask for historical statements
- Statements older than 7 years cost ~$6 per statement and take 3-5 business days by mail
- For tax forms (1099-INT, 1098), those are always available under Tax Forms even after closure
