How to Get a Chase Bank Statement (PDF Download)

Laptop and phone downloading a bank statement PDF
Quick answer

Log in to chase.com or the Chase Mobile app → select the account → click See statements → pick the month → Download PDF. Chase retains 7 years of statements online. No password required.

Chase (JPMorgan Chase) issues a monthly PDF statement for every personal and business account. Here are the fastest routes to download one for checking, savings, credit card, or loan accounts.

Method 1: chase.com (desktop)

  1. 1Go to chase.com and click Sign In
  2. 2Enter your Chase User ID and password (or approve biometric sign-in)
  3. 3Click the account you need — checking, savings, credit card, or auto loan
  4. 4Click "See statements" in the account menu
  5. 5Pick the statement period (newest first)
  6. 6Click Download PDF — the file saves to your downloads folder
Tip: Chase retains 7 years of statements online. If your lender asks for 3-6 months for a mortgage, download each month as a separate PDF, then merge them using Preview (Mac), Acrobat, or any free PDF merger.

Method 2: Chase Mobile app

  1. 1Open the Chase Mobile app on iPhone or Android
  2. 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or your Chase User ID
  3. 3Tap the account you need
  4. 4Tap "Statements" from the account menu
  5. 5Pick a statement month
  6. 6Tap the download icon — share via AirDrop, email, or save to Files

Closed Chase account?

  • Closed accounts remain visible in chase.com for up to 7 years — sign in and look for "Closed accounts"
  • If you can't log in, call Chase at 1-800-935-9935 and ask for historical statements
  • Statements older than 7 years cost ~$6 per statement and take 3-5 business days by mail
  • For tax forms (1099-INT, 1098), those are always available under Tax Forms even after closure
