How to Get an RBC Bank Statement (PDF & CSV)

Log in to RBC Online Banking at rbcroyalbank.com or the RBC Mobile app → select the account → eStatements → pick the month → Download PDF. For CSV use "Export Account Activity". 7 years online. Not password-protected.

Method 1: RBC Online Banking

  1. 1Go to rbcroyalbank.com and click Sign In
  2. 2Enter your client card number and password
  3. 3Click the account — chequing, savings, credit card, line of credit, or mortgage
  4. 4Click "eStatements" (or "View Statements")
  5. 5Pick a statement period (up to 7 years)
  6. 6Click Download PDF

Method 2: RBC Mobile app

  1. 1Open the RBC Mobile app
  2. 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode
  3. 3Tap the account
  4. 4Tap "View Statements"
  5. 5Pick a statement month
  6. 6Tap download — save or share the PDF
