How to Get an RBC Bank Statement (PDF & CSV)

Quick answer
Log in to RBC Online Banking at rbcroyalbank.com or the RBC Mobile app → select the account → eStatements → pick the month → Download PDF. For CSV use "Export Account Activity". 7 years online. Not password-protected.
Method 1: RBC Online Banking
- 1Go to rbcroyalbank.com and click Sign In
- 2Enter your client card number and password
- 3Click the account — chequing, savings, credit card, line of credit, or mortgage
- 4Click "eStatements" (or "View Statements")
- 5Pick a statement period (up to 7 years)
- 6Click Download PDF
Method 2: RBC Mobile app
- 1Open the RBC Mobile app
- 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode
- 3Tap the account
- 4Tap "View Statements"
- 5Pick a statement month
- 6Tap download — save or share the PDF
