How to Get an HSBC Bank Statement UK (PDF & CSV)

Log in to HSBC Online at hsbc.co.uk or the HSBC Mobile Banking app → select the account → My documents (web) or Statements (app) → pick the month → Download PDF. HSBC UK keeps 7 years online. Not password-protected.

Method 1: HSBC Online (desktop)

  3. 3Click the account — HSBC Current, Advance, Premier, savings, or credit card
  4. 4Click "My documents"
  5. 5Pick a statement period (up to 7 years)
  6. 6Click Download PDF

Method 2: HSBC Mobile Banking app

  1. 1Open the HSBC UK app
  2. 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode
  3. 3Tap the account
  4. 4Tap "Statements"
  5. 5Pick a statement month
