Method 1: NatWest Online (desktop)

  2. 2Enter your customer number and PIN / password
  3. 3Click the account — Select, Reward, Premier, savings, or credit card
  4. 4Click "Statements"
  5. 5Pick the statement period (up to 7 years)
  6. 6Click Download PDF

Method 2: NatWest Mobile Banking app

  1. 1Open the NatWest Mobile Banking app
  2. 2Sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or PIN
  3. 3Tap the account
  4. 4Tap "Statements"
  5. 5Pick a statement month
  6. 6Tap download — save or share the PDF
CSV export: NatWest supports four export formats — CSV, Excel, OFX, and QIF. Use "Download transactions" in NatWest Online (separate from Statements). Great for importing into QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Quicken without PDF conversion.
