How to Get a Monzo Bank Statement (PDF & CSV)

How to Get a Monzo Bank Statement (PDF & CSV, 2026)
Quick answer

Open the Monzo app → tap your account → tap the profile icon → tap Statements → pick a date range → choose PDF or CSV → tap Download. Monzo keeps every transaction from account opening. No password required.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the Monzo app and sign in with Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode
  2. 2Tap the account you need (personal, joint, or business if enabled)
  3. 3Tap the profile icon at the top right
  4. 4Tap 'Statements' (in the Account section)
  5. 5Pick a custom date range or a pre-defined month
  6. 6Choose PDF (for visas, rentals, mortgages) or CSV (for accounting)
  7. 7Tap Download — the file saves immediately to Files or can be shared
Lender tip: UK landlords, UKVI, and mortgage brokers typically accept Monzo PDF statements without issue — they include Monzo's registered address (Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AG), FCA regulation number, and your account details. For visa applications, select exactly 3 or 6 months matching the UKVI financial threshold requirement.

Monzo Business statements

Switch to Business mode in the Monzo app → tap your Monzo Business account → profile icon → Statements. Same PDF and CSV options. Monzo Business statements show your registered company name and address rather than personal details — correct format for Companies House filings, year-end accounts, and Self Assessment.

For other UK banks see our UK bank statement download guide.
