- 1Download the PDF from Absa Mobile Banking or Absa Online Banking
- 2Open it in Adobe Reader, Preview (Mac), or a Chrome tab
- 3Enter your full 13-digit SA ID as the password
- 4To remove the password: File → Print → Save as PDF
- Full 13-digit SA ID — no spaces, no separators
- For joint accounts, use the primary account holder's SA ID
- For credit card statements, use the primary cardholder's SA ID
- For foreign nationals, use the passport number registered with Absa
