What if the Nedbank password doesn't work?
Confirm you're entering the full 13-digit SA ID (not the last 6 like Standard Bank, not a combination like FNB). Check that the SA ID on file at Nedbank matches your physical ID document (log in → Profile). For joint accounts, use the primary holder's SA ID. For non-citizens, use the passport number on file. Can I use DOB instead of SA ID?
Only as a fallback for very old Nedbank statements (pre-2015). The current Nedbank format is the full 13-digit SA ID. If DDMMYYYY doesn't open a recent statement, always try the full SA ID first.
