How it works

1

Upload your image

Drop a PNG, JPG, or screenshot. Phone photos of printed statements, scanned documents, and digital screenshots all work.

2

AI extracts the table

Our OCR + AI identifies rows, columns, headers, and cell values — even from irregular layouts, merged cells, or handwritten labels.

3

Download Excel

Get a clean .xlsx file ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets. All data in proper columns — sort, filter, and pivot immediately.

Supported image formats

Upload whatever you have — we handle the conversion.

PNG
Best quality. Lossless — text stays sharp for maximum OCR accuracy.
JPG / JPEG
Works great for photos. Higher compression may slightly affect very small text.
PDF
Multi-page documents supported. Each page is processed individually.
Phone photos
Modern smartphones capture enough resolution. Hold steady for best results.

What people convert

Any image with rows and columns converts to a clean spreadsheet.

Photographed a bank statement with your phone? Upload the image and every transaction lands in Excel — date, merchant, and amount in separate columns.

Financial report tables
Income statements, balance sheets, and data tables from annual reports — photographed or screenshotted — become editable spreadsheets in seconds.
Expense reports
Expense tables sent as image attachments extract cleanly to Excel — ready to pass to accounting without any manual data entry.
Research & data tables
Found a useful data table in an article, report, or slide deck screenshot? Extract it to Excel and start your own analysis immediately.
Price lists & inventory
Catalogs, price sheets, and stock lists — photographed in a warehouse or screenshotted from a supplier portal — convert to editable Excel files.

Frequently asked questions

What image formats are supported?+
PNG, JPG, and JPEG are fully supported. You can also upload a PDF. Phone photos work well as long as the image is reasonably clear and in focus.
How does the AI extract tables from images?+
We use Google Cloud Vision for OCR to read every character in the image, then our AI identifies table boundaries, column headers, and row structure — even when borders are missing or formatting is inconsistent.
How accurate is the conversion?+
For clear screenshots and high-resolution scans, accuracy is typically 99%+. Blurry or low-contrast images may have lower accuracy. Our AI flags uncertain cells rather than silently guessing wrong values.
Does it work with handwritten tables?+
Printed and typed text extracts with high accuracy. Neatly handwritten tables often work, but heavily stylized handwriting may have lower accuracy. Typed documents are always the best source.
Is this free?+
Yes — up to 3 pages per month with no account required. For bulk conversions or multiple months of statements, paid plans start at $9/month.
Is my image kept private?+
Your image is processed in memory and immediately discarded — never stored or shared. Only the structured data extracted from it is saved to display your results.
