ING Direct to Capital One 360
Capital One acquired ING Direct USA in 2012 and rebranded it as Capital One 360. All ING Direct savings accounts (formerly ING Orange Savings) and checking accounts became Capital One 360 accounts. Former ING Direct customers access their accounts at capitalone.com — the ING Direct website no longer exists.
Capital One credit card statements
Capital One credit card statements (Venture, Quicksilver, Savor) are accessed in the same portal as bank account statements. Log in at capitalone.com → select your credit card → Statements & Activity → pick month → Download. Both banking and credit card accounts share the same login credentials.
