BBVA USA merger — what changed
PNC acquired BBVA USA in June 2021. All BBVA USA accounts — checking, savings, loans, and credit cards — were migrated to PNC. Former BBVA customers now access their accounts at pnc.com with PNC credentials. The BBVA USA app and website no longer exist. BBVA statement history prior to the migration may have limited availability — contact PNC at 1-888-762-2265 for older records.
